By purchasing accessories (eyewear, scarves & gloves, brooches, belts, hats) from gorned.shop (operated by GORNED LLC), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your order confirmation email serves as official proof of acceptance, creating a binding agreement between you and our company.
Billing Terms
- One-Time Sale Model: All purchases on gorned.shop are single, non-recurring transactions. There are no automatic subscriptions, monthly charges, or hidden fees—you pay only for the specific accessories you select at checkout.
- Billing Description: Charges on your payment statement will appear as gorned.shop to clearly identify your accessory purchase.

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you within 1 business day to offer 3 options: a full refund, a substitute accessory of equal or higher value, or backorder with a confirmed shipping date.
